Baahubali 2 is roaring at the box office.

Baahubali 2 is roaring at the box office
. No surprises here. Baahubali 2 has showered another crore at the box office on it's second day, reported Box Office India
. The film, in total, has earned over Rs 220 crores, as per Box Office India
, which is more than what Aamir Khan's Dangal
made in over a week. Earlier, opening across as many as 8,000 screens worldwide, Baahubali: The Conclusion
already surpassed the record-breaking box office figures of the blockbuster Dangal, in terms of opening day collections, reported trade analyst Taran Adarsh. Dangal created history, scoring over Rs 100 crore in three days and Baahubali: The Conclusion
redefined history, with a record-smashing, beyond-impressive box office collection of Rs 121 crore on its opening day, tweeted Mr Adarsh. Baahubali: The Conclusion
released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam on April 28 with the Hindi version raking in more than Rs 80 crore, which is a shade under what wrestling drama Dangal made in three days - Rs 100 crores. Dangal currently stands at over Rs 375 crore.

Mr Adarsh could not resist describing the box office performance of Baahubali 2
as "stupendous" and "stunning." He also informed that while Dangal continues to be the highest grossing Indian film in the US, Baahubali 2 is not a far way behind from exceeding Dangal's lifetime collections.

The Pittsburgh Penguins could have Sidney Crosby and Conor Sheary back in the lineup on Saturday night for Game 5 of their second-round series against the Washington Capitals. Coach Mike Sullivan announced on Saturday morning that both players passed their baseline concussion tests and will be game-time decisions. Sullivan added that Crosby has “had a number of positive days.” Both players missed Game 4 of the series — which the Penguins won 3-2 to take a 3-1 series lead — due to concussions. Crosby was injured when he was cross-checked in the head by Matt Niskanen early in the first period of Game 3. Niskanen was given a five-minute major for cross-checking and ejected from the game but received no additional discipline from the NHL. Sheary was knocked out of the same game following a collision with teammate Patric Hornqvist in the second period. Both players were full participants in practice on Friday, ...

Emma Stone and Steve Carell might be early 2018 Oscar contenders. As co-leads of Fox Searchlight's "Battle of the Sexes," the two take on the historic match between tennis legends Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs.  "Male chauvinistic pig versus hairy-legged feminist," Carell's Riggs says on the phone in a new trailer released Tuesday. "You're still a feminist, right?" "I'm a tennis player who happens to be a woman," says Stone as a half-awake King. The film, set in the early 1970s, chronicles both players' lives on and off the court. As King was rising in her field, her supportive husband urged her to fight for equal pay. Meanwhile, King was struggling to come to terms with her own non-hetero sexuality.  As for Riggs, the picture directed by “Little Miss Sunshine” helmers Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris contends that the former champ gambled away his legacy and reputation.  The tennis match was one of ...
